  • Mini Chorizo sausages
  • Mini rolls
  • Cheddar
  • Bresc Chimichurri
  • Cress

Preparation method

Cut some small rolls diagonally as shown in the picture. Fry the mini chorizo sausages and place in the indentations. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and place in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Top with chimichurri and garnish with cress.
