For the savory tiramisu:

  • 3000 g mascarpone
  • 240 g Bresc Beemster garlic puree
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method

Loosen the mascarpone and season with garlic, pepper and salt. Alternate layers of the mascarpone mixture and the Bresc caponata. Finish with a layer of mascarpone and smooth out. Finish with crispy Tomato crumble and matching cress.
