Tomato mayonnaise

Ingredients

0,5 l
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 20 g Bresc Strattu di pomodoro
  • 0.5 l sunflower oil
  • 0.4 dl white wine vinegar
  • 20 g Bresc Pomodori marinati
  • 10 g mustard
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method

Make a mayonnaise using the egg yolks, mustard, vinegar and oil. Puree the strattu with the pomodori marinati and mix it into the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
