Tomato oil

Ingredients

0,6 l
  • 0.5 dl olive oil
  • 100 g Bresc Strattu di pomodoro
  • 2 Bresc Peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig thyme

Preparation method

Mix the oil with the strattu, garlic and thyme. Allow the flavours to develop at 50°C. Allow to cool en use as a dressing, etc.
