Tomato-raspberry dressing

Ingredients

0,5 l
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 1.5 dl sunflower oil
  • 0.5 dl raspberry vinegar
  • 20 g Bresc Strattu di pomodoro
  • 100 g Bresc Chutney tomato
  • ½ dessertspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method

Puree the ingredients with the stick mixer to make a dressing.
