Tomato salad Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 20 tomatoes, different varieties
  • 25 g basil
  • 10 tbsp Bresc Pico de Gallo
  • 10 tbsp Bresc Sweet and sour cherry tomatoes garlic parsley
  • 2,5 burrata

Preparation method

Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Dress the pico de gallo on a plate, top with the tomato wedges. Top with the burrata and the marinated tomatoes. Garnish with the basil.
