- 4 slices tramezzini loaf, tomato flavour
- Bresc Pesto alla Genovese
- Bresc Tomato tapenade
- ½ stick of mozzarella for melting
- Bresc Tomato chutney
Slice the mozzarella.
Cut the slices of bread in half and spread the pesto on 4 of the half-slices.
Spread the tapenade on the other slices and arrange the cheese on top.
Place the slices with the pesto on the cheese.
Toast them and serve with the tomato chutney.
