- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 50 g Bresc Tapenade figs
- 20 g Bresc Smoked garlic puree
- 20 g walnuts
- 2 figs, fresh

Preparation method
Spread the fig tapenade on the slices of bread. Arrange the fresh figs in slices on the bread. Chop the walnuts fine and sprinkle on the slices of bread. Place the Gorgonzola and Parma ham on the bread and place another slice of bread on top. Season the mayonnaise with the Smoked garlic puree. Bake the toastie in the oven. Serve the mayonnaise separately.
