Preparation method
First prepare the 0.5 l bechamel sauce. Then mix 50g of Chimichurri into the sauce. Spread 2 slices of sandwich bread with bechamel and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the bread slices in the oven until golden brown. Place 1 slice of bread on a plate and top with sliced roast beef. Place the 2nd slice of bread on top and garnish with slices of roast beef. Finish with chimichurri and cress.
