Raspberry, strawberry and lemongrass sorbet

Ingredients

2 l
  • 0.5 k raspberries
  • 0.5 k strawberries
  • 100 g Bresc Lemongrass puree
  • 1 l sugar water (1 part sugar/1 part water)

Preparation method

Puree the lemongrass with the raspberries and the strawberries and leave for an hour while the flavours develop. Strain the mixture, mix it with the sugar water and whisk it in the ice-cream maker.
