Mango salad

Ingredients

  • 5 mangos
  • 10 stalks spring onion
  • 25 g coriander, chopped
  • 25 g mint, chopped
  • 25 g Thai basil, chopped
  • 3 lime, grated peel and juice
  • 15 g Bresc Lemongrass puree
  • 15 g Bresc Ginger puree
  • 3 cucumber
  • 5 kiwis
  • 15 g Bresc WOKchilli

Preparation method

Peel the mango’s, cucumber en kiwis. Dice the flesh. Slice the spring onions into rings. Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately with a spicy curry.
