Bumbu (Indonesian spice mixture)

Ingredients

800 g
  • 200 g Bresc Lemongrass puree
  • 200 g Bresc Ginger puree
  • 200 g Bresc WOKchilli
  • 400 g shallot, chopped
  • 150 g Bresc Garlic chopped
  • 8 g coriander seeds
  • 8 g curry powder
  • 3 g ground cumin

Preparation method

Fry all the herbs well, add the spices and heat them with the other ingredients.
