Chilli-coriander mayonnaise

Ingredients

0,5 l
  • 300 g mayonnaise
  • 20 g Bresc Lemongrass puree
  • 10 g Bresc Red chilli puree
  • 15 g coriander, chopped
  • 1 lime, grated peel and juice
  • 10 g fish sauce
  • 5 g Bresc Beemster garlic puree
  • 0.5 dl chilli sauce
  • 0.2 dl hot chilli sauce

Preparation method

Puree all the ingredients in the blender or with the stick mixer.
