Ingredients
- 0.4 dl olive oil
- 50 g Bresc Strattu di pomodoro
- 50 g Bresc Pesto di pomodori
- 50 g Black Kalamata olive tapenade
- 50 g capers
- 30 g pickled pearl onions
- 30 g gherkins
- 2 shallots
- 50 g Bresc WOKchilli
- 10 g Bresc Basil puree
- salt and pepper

Preparation method
Finely chop the capers, gherkins, pearl onions and shallots and mix them, with the remaining ingredients, into the oil. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
