- 200 g salmon, marinated
- 8 stalks white asparagus
- 2 dl mayonnaise
- 40 g Bresc Ramsons pesto
- 4 Bresc Cherry tomatoes garlic lemongrass
- salad pea

Preparation method
Mix the mayonnaise with the ramsons pesto. Peel and cook the asparagus. Drain them and marinate them immediately in the ramsons mayonnaise. Cut the marinated salmon into thin slices. Arrange the asparagus on a plate and place the salmon on top in an overlapping tile pattern. Garnish with a cherry tomato, salad pea and the ramsons mayonnaise.
